We accept exchanges or issue store credit for unworn, unopened undies within 20 days of your order being delivered

As intimates standards go, we do not offer refunds.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any product that has been removed from its packaging.

We recommend removing just one pair from the packaging first, with one wear and one wash to determine if it’s the correct fit before opening or removing the others.

Please Note:

• All items must be returned neatly folded in original packaging
• DrawersCo reserves the right to refuse to process any return based on the condition of the merchandise
• All sales are final 20 days after delivery
• All marked down items are final sale and will not be deemed exchangeable
• On receipt of the return, we will process the items as soon as possible.
• The customer is responsible for the return label.
